In June of 2023, Loan Vision CEO/Founder Martin Kerr and Banyan Software appointed Paul J.
Loftus to the CEO position to lead the next phase of hypergrowth. Having spent the majority of
his career in technology and serving the accounting profession, Loftus was named to the 2014
40 Under 40 Honoree list by CPA Practice Advisor. His diverse experience spans 16 years at
ADP directing go-to-market strategies, launching new tax and accounting cloud technology at
Wolters Kluwer, and occupying the Chief Revenue Officer role at high-tech companies has

Position Summary

As a Sales Account Executive at Loan Vision, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client
base within the mortgage banking and financial services sector. This role demands a highly
driven and consultative sales professional who can proactively engage with prospects,
understand their specific accounting and financial management challenges, and position Loan
Vision as the optimal solution. Your day-to-day will involve prospecting high-potential mortgage
lenders, developing relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and other key decision-makers, and
guiding them through the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Manage new to new sales pipeline of opportunities focused on the IMB and Credit Union
verticals
Generating leads and developing new accounts
CRM & Pipeline Management
Work directly with CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance leaders
Leverage your network to build relationships and generate new leads
Partner with marketing on campaigns and industry webinars
Own CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting using Salesforce
Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and handoff to implementation
Travel to conferences and client sites as needed (10–25%)

Job Functions

Education &Experience:
4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (required)
1+ year of experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS and/or FinTech), value-based solution
sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business
development.
Experience in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Salesforce.
Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet
deadlines.
A level of comfort with selling into the Office of CFO
Proven track record of success in a high volume/transactional sales environment.
