What Youโ€™ll Do:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executing confidential, high-level administrative assistance for executive team and their direct reports. They may also aid other leaders based on availability and alignment with corporate initiatives.

Whatโ€™s Needed For This Position:

  • Associate's Degree in Administrative Professional, Executive Assistant, or Business Management or related job experience.
  • Three years experience with Administrative Support functions.
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex tasks while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and independent decision-making with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with technology and systems, including Microsoft Office and office equipment, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and leverage them efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and interact effectively with executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to gather data, conduct research, and support projects and operational improvements.
  • Adaptability and teamwork mindset, with a strong customer service focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Weโ€™d Love To See:

  • Five years of experience as an executive assistant.
  • Certifications relating to the profession.

Work Schedule and Office Location:

  • Full-Time, hourly position located at Royal Credit Unionโ€™s Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI.
  • Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am โ€“ 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.

Training:

  • Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out-of-town learners may be eligible for reimbursement of travel and lodging expenses, subject to Royal's travel and expense reimbursement guidelines.
