This role provides highlevel administrative and operational support, with responsibility for supporting the relationships of the Board of Directors for The League, W.C.U.L. Services Corp., Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation, Reach Business Lenders, LLC®, and committees.

Your day as a Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and governance support to the Board of Directors and the President & CEO by coordinating board and annual meeting activities, preparing and distributing agendas, reports, minutes, and supporting materials in a timely and accurate manner, and serving as recording secretary for board meetings and other assigned meetings. The position maintains official corporate records, including bylaws, board policies, orientation materials, and related governance resources, while ensuring all records remain current and compliant. Responsibilities also include drafting proposed bylaw amendments and policy updates, coordinating board election procedures and annual meeting processes, managing deadlines and notices outlined in governing documents, and collaborating with staff, board members, affiliated organizations, and committees to compile reports and follow-up items. In addition, the role supports annual convention activities by coordinating VIP invitations, guest registration, recognition awards for outgoing directors, and other convention-related duties as assigned.

This role provides high-level executive and administrative support to the President & CEO by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and executive materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on priorities and action items. Responsibilities include conducting research, compiling and organizing information for executive review, and assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting documentation. The position also supports project coordination by tracking initiatives and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. Additional duties include maintaining member and committee information within the database, coordinating internal meetings, facilitating communication between leadership, staff, board members, and external partners, distributing messages to League membership on behalf of the President & CEO, and providing administrative support for special projects and other organizational needs as assigned.
