We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to Owner who will provide comprehensive support to the owner of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires a blend of executive administrative support, project coordination, and personal assistance, making it essential for the candidate to be adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to the owner, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
