We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and detailoriented professional to support system leadership as an Executive Assistant to the president. In this role, you will partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless execution of administrative and organizational priorities.

Job Specifics:

  • Full-time, 40 hours a week

  • Standard hours typically between 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday

  • Location: On-site in La Crosse OR Green Bay, WI

  • Potential for hybrid work after training

What You'll Do:

  • Provide advanced administrative and strategic support to leadership

  • Support execution of strategic initiatives and help drive operational results across the department

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and data summaries (charts, graphs, and tables)

  • Manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics and follow-up

  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence while serving as a key communication liaison

  • Maintain records, track budgets or data, and support process improvements and organizational projects

What's Required:

  • Associate's degree in business or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior or executive leadership

  • Ability to work on-site in La Crosse, WI
