Success starts with precisionand youre the one who holds everything together. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resilient Executive Assistant (EA) to serve as the strategic right-hand partner to our Regional Director.
Executive Assistant to Regional Partner
$60,000 - $65,000 per year + benefits

The restoration industry operates 24/7/365, and our regional leader requires an EA who can seamlessly manage a dynamic calendar, streamline communication across six branch locations and handle shifting priorities. The successful candidate will be a composed professional with the ability to be assertive and keep alignment, enabling the Regional Partner to focus on high-level team management. This dynamic role is a blend of 70% administrative and 30% recruiting/talent. This is an on-site role at our Lincoln location.
Executive Support & Calendar Logistics
  • Optimize and manage the Regional Directors calendar, protecting their time for critical business priorities, site visits, and location operations.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Liaison & Gatekeeping
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Regional Director and office teams
  • Manage professional correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Field incoming inquiries, emails, and phone calls, independently resolving minor operational issues and escalating critical emergencies.
Recruiting Support
  • Utilize our ATS platform Careerplug for all recruiting purposes
  • Monitor recruiting metrics on each office team as requested
  • Prepare job postings for offices as requested
  • Hold tension and assist the office teams through the hiring process, actions and deliverables to ensure team leaders/managers hit deadlines.
  • Work with corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist as necessary
Regional Event & Operations Coordination
  • Plan and execute regional events, including safety training offsites, manager meetings, and team-building activities.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of high-level administrative or executive support experience. Experience working in restoration, construction, field services, or emergency logistics is highly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly grasp restoration terminology, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and insurance carrier Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
