Integrated Dermatology is a leading national dermatology practice that acquires and partners with dermatology practices across the United States. The culture at ID is a reflection of its people. We are a growing company looking to hire a part-time or full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to one of our executive team members. The Executive Assistant will also act as a project manager on various initiatives. This is an amazing opportunity to work closely with someone who approaches every day with incredible energy and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone who has an exceptional work ethic and attitude, superior communication and grammar skills, attention to detail, and organization are keys to success in this position.
We ask that anyone submitting a resume have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Supporting an executive who is a true entrepreneur, the ideal candidate should also be amenable to help put out all sorts of fires (but not the literal kind!). We are a dynamic group and are hoping to find someone who wants to do a great job and enjoy themselves while doing it! If you hate monotony and want to play a critical role in a company's success, this might be a great fit for you!
Local candidates who reside within a short commute to our office are ideal. This is a hybrid position so there will be opportunities to work remotely as well.

Qualifications
  • Minimum three years' experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Level Executive.
  • Bachelors degree (required)
  • Experience organizing travel arrangements.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced Outlook calendar management) is also essential.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong grammar and comprehension skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proven time management, research, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
