Schedule: 32–40 hours per week
Position Overview
We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to serve as a true extension of the CEO while supporting three growing companies. This role combines executive support, operations management, project coordination, sales support, strategic planning, and day-to-day decision-making. The ideal candidate is flexible, enjoys wearing multiple hats, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and proactively solves problems.
Work Environment

  • Based out of our Corporate Office in Mission Viejo, California.
  • Some administrative responsibilities may be performed from another company location as business needs require.
  • Reliable personal transportation is required, as travel between locations is expected.
  • This is an in-person role that requires flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an extension of the CEO by managing daily priorities and helping execute strategic initiatives.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and executive scheduling.
  • Coordinate daily operations across three companies.
  • Lead project launches and oversee execution.
  • Track milestones and hold projects accountable to deadlines.
