Job Description:
The Vice President, Process Transformation is accountable for setting the enterprise strategy and direction for transformation of our work processes, ensuring critical cross-functional processes are prioritized, integrated, and optimized to deliver business results.
This role leads the Process Transformation Office (TMO) as a lean enterprise capability, enabling enterprise-level prioritization, tradeoff decisions, and value realization across complex initiatives that span multiple functions, systems, and geographies.
The role operates through influence, alignment, and executive decision forums, ensuring enterprise outcomes are achieved through functional execution rather than direct ownership.
This position is located at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI.
About our Green Bay, WI Home Office:
You'll find lots to love in our beautiful home office in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our jeans-friendly environment has indoor and outdoor collaboration spaces, state-of-the-art R&D and sensory labs, culinary kitchens, a pilot plant, innovation center and more.
Take advantage of outdoor workspaces. Sample and provide feedback on new products from our R&D team. Enjoy free coffee, soda and popcorn. Take a short walk to restaurants, breweries, the YMCA and a weekly farmer's market on the scenic Fox River. You can even see Lambeau Field from our top floor.
Relocation Benefits: Receive a $10,000 relocation bonus PLUS a generous relocation package if relocating more than 50 miles for this position.
What you'll do:
Set Enterprise Process Transformation Strategy
  • Define and communicate the enterprise strategy and vision for process transformation, aligned to business priorities and financial outcomes
  • Translate enterprise strategy into a focused set of cross-functional process outcomes and performance targets
  • Establish enterprise standards for process performance, value realization, and transformation discipline
  • Oversee Enterprise Horizontal Process Design & Optimization
  • Ensure enterprise processes are designed for end-to-end value flow, not functional efficiency
  • Guide enterprise-level diagnostics and value stream analysis to identify performance gaps
  • Promote standardization and simplification to reduce complexity and value leakage across systems and workflows

Lead Enterprise Tradeoff Decisions
  • Facilitate enterprise-level decision-making where functional priorities conflict
  • Drive clarity on what to start, stop, sequence, or deprioritize based on enterprise value
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure timely, transparent, and aligned decisions

Ensure Value Realization & Performance Discipline
  • Define and maintain enterprise KPIs and outcome metrics tied to transformation initiatives
  • Ensure business case integrity, including alignment between expected and realized value
  • Hold enterprise leaders accountable for measurable outcomes beyond initiative completion

Oversee Enterprise Change Integration & Adoption
  • Ensure transformation initiatives are sequenced to manage cumulative change impact
  • Align change efforts to enable sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working
  • Identify and mitigate enterprise-level adoption risks across concurrent initiatives

What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field required
  • MBA or Masters in a related field such as Operations, Engineering, Business or Organizational Leadership preferred
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence Certification preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership, experience in process transformation, operations, or enterprise transformation
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Experience operating at the executive level with direct interaction with senior leadership (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO)
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes tied to strategy execution
  • Experience establishing enterprise governance, prioritization frameworks, and value realization discipline preferred
