Brady Corporation is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic operational support to our executive leadership team. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent attention to detail, and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality.

You will work in tandem with the CEO's primary Executive Assistant to seamlessly manage the executive team needs while independently serving as the lead administrative partner to the broader executive team.

  • Partner with leaders to gather business metrics, financial updates, and operational data. Turn that information into clean, professional presentations for board meetings, town halls, and other corporate meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries, ensuring seamless integration with executive schedules and priorities
  • Promptly process and submit complex executive travel and expense reports through corporate financial platforms.
  • Help coordinate executive gatherings, corporate events and initiatives and off site meetings.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to support effective decision-making and execution
  • Maintain a forward-looking view of deadlines and risks, anticipating needs and proactively resolving scheduling, prioritization, and workflow challenges
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism
