Executive Assistant

Granite Hills Hospital offers high-quality, patient centered behavioral health care for the greater Milwaukee community. Our 120-bed facility features evidence-based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults. We are seeking a dynamic and talented Executive Assistant to join our team! The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and for coordinating project deliverables. Typical duties involve scheduling, overseeing the planning and organizing of various projects and activities as directed by the CEO, performing medical staff credentialing tasks, and contract administration. Sensitivity to confidential matters and excellent interpersonal skills are required. This position is an exempt position and reports to the CEO. Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least five (5) years' experience performing executive level administrative and office support related duties in a health care setting.
  • Additional Requirements: Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to maintain sensitivity to confidential matters, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Software Suite. Specific knowledge of Excel functions such as pivot tables, data sorting, basic calculations, creating charts and graphs.
