Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and handles confidential information with discretion. Don't miss this direct hire opportunity in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Primarily onsite with 2 remote workdays per month.

Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Prioritize executive email communications and correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations and executive reports
  • Organize leadership meetings, executive events, customer visits, and special projects
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting logistics
  • Track action items and follow up on deliverables
  • Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and executive records
  • Support executive communications and company-wide announcements
  • Produce polished documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Executive Administrative Assistant Requirements:

- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leadership - Experience supporting a President, CEO, COO, Vice President, or executive leadership team preferred - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word - Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills - Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail - Experience coordinating executive travel, meetings, presentations, and confidential communications - Professional demeanor with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality - Preferred experience with Executive calendar management, Meeting and event coordination, Executive travel planning, Expense reporting, Presentation development, Executive communications, Contract or document management, Leadership support
