Job description

Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking an attorney with one to seven years of experience for the firm's executive compensation practice. The qualified candidate will preferably have experience with the following aspects of an executive compensation practice: equity compensation plans for private and public companies, executive employment agreements, executive compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions, proxy compensation disclosure rules, and the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (Sections 83, 280G, 409A, 457(f) and 457A). The firm will consider candidates with tax, employee benefits or executive compensation experience. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong academic background. Enthusiasm for client service and initiative are essential.

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
