Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator

Are you a proactive administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? Recruitment Partners is supporting a privately owned organization in their search for an Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator to support senior leadership.
This role sits between a senior administrator and executive assistant, acting as a key gatekeeper and coordinator for the team.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Proactively manage calendars, priorities, and administrative workflows for senior leadership
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to remove tasks from executives’ plates
  • Support coordination of meetings, travel, and documentation across the executive team
  • Maintain organized records, files, and communications within SharePoint and internal systems
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistant to ensure smooth flow of requests and workload management
  • Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Adapt quickly in a high-growth, evolving environment with shifting priorities
