Job description

SABG is hiring an Acquisition and Program Management Analyst Subject Matter Expert to support Missile Defense System (MDS) development in Huntsville, AL. Analyst will support Executives and Senior Leaders with day-to-day mission planning. JOB TITLE :Acquisition and Program Management Analyst - SME CLEARANCE :Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance LOCATION :Huntsville, AL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

* Provide acquisition assessment, oversight, documentation, and assistance to support Missile Defense System (MDS) development across all phases of the acquisition life cycle * Conduct analysis and assessments, and develop decision-support tools to maintain and manage MDS baselines * Develop and maintain key acquisition documentation, including acquisition strategies and plans, contract requirements packages, industry engagement materials, source selection plans, contract opportunity and fee documentation, baseline management plans, data and property acquisition management documentation * Support Acquisition Strategy Development and Approval to establish and maintain program baselines * Draft Acquisition Executive program correspondence/status reports, i.e. memorandums, EXSUMs, white papers, and Ad Hoc reports * Support Major Defense Acquisition Programs in achieving each acquisition milestone * Provide Post-Award Contract Administration support, including preparing acquisition reviews and reports for the Development Baseline Review and developing artifacts and materials for OSD-level reviews related to Product Development Decisions * Support the development, coordination, and execution of acquisition-related Agreements * Provide Inter- and Intra-Agency Acquisition Requirements Support to ensure effective collaboration and compliance with government standards * Assist with acquisition reviews, briefings, and documentation to support program management and decision-making processes SUPERVISION :This position has no supervisory responsibilities MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites is required (Graphics capabilities a plus).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE : * BA/BS in related field with 15 years relevant experience; MA/MS, MBA, PMP or DAWIA Level III certification may substitute for 3 years of experience.
