Executive Assistant
Our Portland client, with over 100 years of service, seeks a sharp, self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the President. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with discretion.

This role is fully onsite in Portland, Oregon working 40 hours a week.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between the Presidents Office and perform key administrative functions.
  • Support the President on strategic priorities, initiatives, and special projects.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and respond to inquiries on behalf of the President.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings/workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables and follow up on key tasks.
  • Provide support for the Board of Directors, including onboarding, agendas, and action items.
  • Support community relations and key projects.
  • Oversee hospitality and other duties as assigned.

Executive Assistant Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to effectively schedule and manage complex calendars.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation: $80-$85k (DOE)
