We are looking for a highly motivatedExecutive Assistantwho will provide high-level administrative support to our Building Science Principals bymanaging schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and executing various administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to multitask efficiently.If you are driven with a shared passion forImproving Life through Better Built Environments, then we have your next challenge!

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and handle travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare project fee proposals and agreements for review and approval.
  • Assemble monthly progress updates for clients on a regular basis.
  • Act as point of contact between executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
  • Assist in organizing and overseeing special projects or events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and prioritize actions, as well as respond on behalf of executives when necessary.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
