OVERVIEW
Orano USA is seeking an
Executive Assistantto support a wide variety of the company office duties for the CEO and other executives. As the
Executive Assistant, you will apply advanced administrative skills requiring a high degree of accuracy, speed, initiative, judgement, confidentiality, and knowledge. You'll p repare and answers general correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, notices, etc., relieving the CEO of administrative functions. The
Executive Assistant must be prepared to handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts and be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates arrangements for Orano USA executive level meetings, off-site staff meetings, and other senior management activities at the CEO's direction.
- Schedules appointments, meetings, and maintains calendar for CEO.
- Oversees coordination for corporate conferences, customer events, industry trade shows, executive meetings, and internal company events.
- Meeting planning includes anticipating materials needed and preparations to be made.
- Executes overall coordination of special projects assigned by CEO.
- Develops company slide presentations and reports at the CEO's direction.
- Prepares agenda of Orano SA executive level business trips in the United States and arranges for all logistics in the United States.
- Coordinates the overall administrative and facility management of the corporate headquarters in Bethesda.
- Responsible for the preparation, issuance and approval process of all Purchasing Request for Orano USA.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by CEO.
Requirements
- BA/BS business administration or related degree.
- A minimum of 5 years directly related experience.
- Work experience with government agencies, political organizations, or international companies.
- Remain in a stationary position, walk, kneel, crouch.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Operate a computer on a regular basis.

COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS
- Starting salaries are typically in the range of $80K to $100K annually
- Work schedule is M-F onsite
- Travel both domestic and internationally
