CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FRENCH SPEAKER)
Supply Chain
 
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Hub in Barcelona. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers across French-speaking markets, delivering exceptional service, managing customer orders, and collaborating closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 
 
THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
 
As our Customer Service Representative, you play a critical role in delivering excellent customer support, managing end-to-end order processing, coordinating with key Supply Chain stakeholders, and ensuring service excellence across multiple customer touchpoints.
 
You will be reporting to Customer Service Manager (Hub), and you will manage:
 
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER MANAGEMENT
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries through multiple communication channels. 
  • Provide professional customer and commercial support in French. 
  • Manage all order types through to invoicing and ensure documentation is stored appropriately. 
  • Document customer interactions in the relevant systems. 
  • Manage returns and refusals, including processing, analysis and follow-up activities. ]
2. SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATION
  • Synchronize daily operations with Planning and Logistics teams to optimize product availability and requested delivery dates. 
  • Track actual customer delivery dates in collaboration with Transportation teams. 
  • Provide order and volume insights to Planning, Logistics and Transportation teams. 
  • Coordinate with SSC Credit Management regarding blocked orders and escalate issues when required.
  • Support revenue recognition activities by providing required documentation during month-end reconciliations.
3. PROCESS COMPLIANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
 
  • Follow the standard operating model and comply with SOPs and working instructions. 
  • Identify recurring customer issues and provide improvement suggestions to leadership.
  • Support daily, monthly and annual internal and external audits. 
  • Provide information for DDS meetings to Hub and Market Customer Service Managers.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and performance reviews to enhance skills and performance. 
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
 
As a customer-focused and analytical professional, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are collaborative, organized and results-oriented. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Customer Service experience in B2B or B2C. High volume of Order Management processing on SAP 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Proficient or Native level in French, plus advanced level of English. Other languages would be valuable such as Spanish, Dutch, Arabic, German.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working to deadlines and delivering results. 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
