Job description

Keller Executive Search is partnering with a leading organization to identify a talented Financial Analyst who can turn data into insight and insight into action. Our client operates in a dynamic, growth-oriented sector where sound financial analysis directly informs strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

In this role, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while building the models and analyses that guide investment, cost, and operational decisions. You will also play a central role in evaluating acquisition opportunities -- building valuation and pro forma models from raw target financials and supporting the deal team through financial diligence. You will collaborate closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams, providing the clarity and rigor that leaders rely on to plan for the future and pursue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven finance professional who enjoys blending quantitative work with clear communication. You will gain broad exposure to the business, work with modern financial tools, and have a genuine path for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance and trend analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Build acquisition valuation and pro forma models from target financials to support live M&A activity
  • Support financial due diligence, including quality of earnings analysis and integration cost modelling
  • Analyze operational and financial performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and monitor spend against plan
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities in coordination with accounting
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track business performance
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on pricing, cost, profitability, and investment opportunities
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to finance and business stakeholders
Additional Information
  • Full-time position
  • Specific location and workplace arrangements disclosed later in the process

Requirements

Essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical finance role
  • Exceptional candidates early in their career will also be considered where drive, curiosity, and the ability to learn fast are clearly demonstrated
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling and complex formulas
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting to stakeholders
Preferred
  • Experience with ERP and financial planning systems
  • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Progress toward or completion of CFA, CPA, or CMA credentials
  • Experience working with SQL or automating reporting processes
Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a curious and dependable finance professional who enjoys working with numbers and explaining what they mean. You are organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You take ownership of your analyses, communicate insights with confidence, and thrive in a collaborative team that values accuracy and continuous improvement.
