Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an experienced Executive Recruiter.
Day to Day:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new
  • Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture
  • Developing and executing specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients
  • Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation if necessary

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience
  • Self-motivated, self-starter
  • Passionate about being the best at what you do
