Executive Administration to Vice Presidents Location TCS Bellevue office Address 2700, 156th Ave NE, Suite 120, Bellevue, WA, 98052.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of Executive Administration experience and 4 or more years of experience in supporting C-Suite executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Key Traits Attributes an Ideal candidate is A detail-oriented self-starter, with prior experience in the technology industry.
• Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas and can multi-task.
• Comfortable interacting with high-level executives A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the organization. Resourceful, can-do attitude with a high focus on result orientation and Say-Do ratio.
• Vice President Executive(s) based in local City TCS office / Remote support for TCS Executive(s) in another TCS office
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain leaders calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, travel (including domestic , international) arrangements , Events , Claims submission.
• Exercise discretion in committing time , evaluating needs.
• Coordinate complex scheduling , calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to the leader. Manage leaders travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, meals.
• Work directly with the leaders to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
• Determine priority of matters of attention for the President redirect matters to relevant stakeholders, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
• Keep the leader advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties. Handle printing, faxing, mail overnight packages, copying, filing, and email messages.
• Sort and triage mail maintain e-mail , other address directories. Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence.
• Schedule meetings assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense report for the leader and support as delegate approval for the leaders team
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Attend meetings , take notes of discussions prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries. Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, special reports, agenda material. Other additional and or alternative duties as assigned from time t o time, including supporting other units or Executives as needed.
