This position is perfect for an energetic, service-oriented professional who thrives on managing multiple activities and tasks simultaneously. This person will be responsible for a variety of duties including: building and maintaining customer relations, order entry, developing and maintaining organized files, answering phone calls and general office duties. If you like variety in your work day, this opportunity is for you!

Qualified candidates should possess the following traits:

  • Previous office / administrative assistant experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. This is a full time position working out of our corporate headquarters in Muskego, WI. Salary is commensurate with experience. Royal Recognition offers paid holidays, 401K, paid vacation days, medical, life, dental and vision insurance.
