Job Description

The Execution Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of key brand initiatives and projects across local strategic markets.  The role involves collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and brand strategies and execution plans, monitoring progress and achieving sales goals and objectives.  This role will manage a tactical team of Execution Specialists and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Look of Success execution, brand/marketing development and portfolio availability across assigned markets and customers
  • Work and align with leadership teams, brand partners and execution specialists across business channels on project goals, opportunities, expectations and timelines
  • Be able to identify customer and market opportunities and work with Execution Specialists on implementation
  • Track and report progress to ensure project initiatives are being executed and goals are achieved
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and capabilities
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps
  • Meet with and deliver sales presentations to key customers, assisting Execution Specialists and Account Managers with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing agreements
  • Build long-term, profitable relationships with key customers, communicating with them about company policies, industry insights, new product launches and promotions, marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate new product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to drive brand visibility and sales growth in the market
  • Communicate expectations while creating an environment of accountability and continuous improvement of daily execution
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience required
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets and execution of channel initiatives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements
  • Ability to occasionally travel, as business needs require.
