Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives across the organization. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly. Work closely with senior strategic execution managers and business leaders to track progress, identify risks, and help ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively.

What you’ll do as a Strategic Execution Analyst:
  • Support the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
  • Assist in identifying project risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project performance and escalated issues when needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate project updates and insights.
  • Help ensure alignment between project activities and broader organizational goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications you’ll bring as a Strategic Execution Analyst:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • One or more years of experience in project coordination, operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Collaborative working style and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
