About the Opportunity

Addison Group is partnering with a mission-driven organization to identify an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment. This individual will provide high-level support to two C-Suite Executives, balancing two very different leadership styles while serving as a trusted partner to the executive team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a polished Executive Assistant who enjoys taking ownership, managing competing priorities, and proactively keeping executives organized in a growing organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars for two C-Suite executives with constantly shifting priorities.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, travel arrangements, and high-level scheduling.
  • Prepare board meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person board meetings and executive leadership events.
  • Monitor executive inboxes and prioritize critical communications.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, board members, leadership, and external partners.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and executive communications.
  • Support special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide seamless executive support with minimal direction.


Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of recent Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite preferred).
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Extensive complex calendar management.
  • Board meeting coordination and preparation.
  • Event planning and executive meeting coordination.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with board management software.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging technology.
