Our executive recruiting business continues to grow and thrive, so we are looking to add a recruiter.


We're looking for two goal-oriented candidates with strong work ethics to join our recruiting team. You can work in any or our specialties, such as legal, accounting & finance, construction, restoration, collections, sales & marketing, IT, or bring your own specialty to grow a business within a business.

  • Work closely with your clients to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment needs
  • Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews
  • Handle all negotiations and close deals
  • Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a career change or someone with a year of sales or recruiting experience seeking career growth.

The right candidates must have:

  • Excellent phone skills
  • No fear of dialing a phone and calling new people each day
  • An openness to training and mentoring
  • Successful track record as a salesperson, account executive, business development professional, territory manager or recruiter
