Work Schedule: Hybrid | Monday & Tuesday onsite, Wednesday–Friday remote | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive while partnering with other members of the leadership team as needed. This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing changing priorities with minimal supervision. Success in this position comes from being proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with clients and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dynamic executive calendar, scheduling meetings and adjusting priorities as business needs change.
  • Prepare, edit, and enhance presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting documentation.
  • Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executive leadership.
  • Process expense reports accurately and within deadlines.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external clients through email and virtual communication.
  • Support multiple executives with administrative projects and special assignments when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
  • Take ownership of tasks and complete assignments independently with limited direction.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, along with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and work independently.
  • Previous experience within accounting, tax, financial services, or another professional services environment is a plus.
