NOW HIRING: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional with exceptional calendar management skills and a proven ability to support executive leadership at the highest level.

This role is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and keep executives operating efficiently every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and resolving conflicts

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting

  • Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and special events, including agendas, materials, and logistics

  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other confidential documents

  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and executive communications

  • Track projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion

  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required

  • 5–10 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience

  • Extensive experience managing complex executive calendars in a high-volume environment

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
