Universal Travel Concierge is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in the fast-paced Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. In this critical role, you will act as a key liaison, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that executives are well-prepared for all engagements. You will take the lead in organizing travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and maintaining records, while also anticipating the needs of the executives you support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
