Executive Assistant (Temporary)


Confidential Client | Denver, CO (Onsite)


Pay: $35–$45/hour, depending on experience. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 31st, 2026

Chandler Maclain is partnering with a confidential Denver-based organization to identify experienced Executive Assistants for upcoming temporary and temporary-to-hire opportunities.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy supporting executive leadership, and are available to begin work on short notice.


Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
