Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Analyst to manage and optimize our organization's Active Directory, Azure, O365 and messaging infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory administration, Azure cloud technologies, and hybrid cloud environments. As an Analyst, you'll leverage your expertise in hybrid Exchange on premise and Exchange Online environments, Azure, M365, O365, Entra ID, Intune, and Power Platform to deliver secure, scalable, and integrated services that support our organization's business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management:
• Develop and maintain scalable architecture for Exchange on premises and Exchange Online. • Work with a team of analysts to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Active Directory services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Architect Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions. • Plan and execute migrations from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online (cutover, staged, hybrid). • Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies and system settings. • Work with IAM, Security Engineering, Compliance, and other teams to implement best practices in Azure and AWS. • Manage access to Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services, to support business operations effectively. • Administer messaging and collaboration systems such as Microsoft Exchange,
Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Workspace One, Intune or similar platforms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Graph API. • Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and endpoint security. • Conduct regular security assessments and audits, addressing any vulnerabilities or compliance issues promptly. • Provide escalated support for complex technical issues related to Active Directory, Azure, and Messaging systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption. • Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting team members in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges effectively. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of operations. • Provide training and mentorship to team members, empowering them to develop their skills and expertise in Active Directory, Azure, and Messaging technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • 5 years of extensive experience with Active Directory, Azure, O365, PKI, DNS and GPO administration • Exchange Server (2013-2019) and Exchange Online administration and architecture. • Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and Entra ID. • Migration projects from on-prem to cloud. • PowerShell scripting and automation. • Intune and mobile device management. • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation. • Hybrid configurations for coexistence and migration strategies. • Architecting Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions. • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, MFA). • Extensive experience working with Windows Server operating systems including 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 • Working knowledge of SailPoint and CyberArk integration with Active Directory, Azure and AWS is desired
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Server, O365, Microsoft Teams, and related services. • System automation using Ansible, API and other tools is required • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with experience implementing security controls and compliance frameworks. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex technical challenges. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or similar credentials are highly desirable. • Available for 24x7 On-Call support Daily Tasks/Priorities:
o Attend project meetings o Handle migration task for Intune and Exchange Online o Work with business to enable the adoption of M365 and Azure offerings o Handle work queues and server as SME in their area
