We are seeking an Exchange and Messaging System Engineer to join our team supporting the Transportation Team, responsible for administering enterprise messaging environments and providing Tier 3 email support.
Responsibilities:
• Administers enterprise messaging environments, ensuring secure and available email operations.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 integration.
• Oversee email routing, spam filtering, and backup configurations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT records management and data retention policies.
• Provide Tier 3 email support and configuration documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Network Administration.
• Certifications: Microsoft Exchange Server / M365 Administrator, Security+
• Experience: 5–8 years in email operations.
• Clearance: Public Trust.
