Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Microsoft M365/Exchange Systems Administrator (Top Secret Cleared) to work in our Washington DC office. Shift Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Morning Shift)
We are searching for an experienced Microsoft M365/Exchange Systems Administrator, with excellent communication skills, to deliver innovative capabilities within a large Enterprise. The candidate will be able to identify solutions to automate business process workflow, assist the customer with requirements analysis, and deploy and support solutions scalable for a Large Enterprise.
The Microsoft M365/Exchange Systems Administrator will report to the Program Manager and work in Service Operations with a team of Developers, Engineers, and Administrators.
The Microsoft M365/Exchange Systems Administrator must be able to collaborate with the Customer, Project Team, and external stakeholders in supporting the organizations mission and objectives.
The candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills, be able to lead initiatives, projects, task, having expert knowledge of M365, and be able to document, develop, and support solutions within all phases of the Service Lifecycle, Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining and staying abreast of existing and emerging Microsoft M365 services, capabilities, and related core technologies and drive their strategic integration, modernization, and deployment within the Enterprise
  • Assisting with and leading the development and maintenance of an Office 365 and Exchange Road Map for the Service Operations and the Enterprise that maintains strategic alignment with the Businesses requirements, Vision, Mission, and Objectives
  • Function as a Technical lead within the AGILE team for M365 and Cloud solutions; assisting with identifying and championing the completion of Features, User Stories, and associated acceptance criterion, risk, and dependencies that strategically align with and are in support of the business need
  • Provide and document resolution of customer request, incidents, changes, and problems within the associated system of record for M365 Cloud / Tenant and On-Prim Exchange services
  • Interface with Support teams, at all levels, and vendors to resolve problems, issues, request and to complete knowledge transfers as required
  • Support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of all components of the On-Prim Exchange and Office 365 Tenant Service
  • Continuously improving service delivery to the Enterprise though business process automation, process improvement, and extending request fulfillment to support professionals and end-users

Position is 100% on site.
Salary Range: $72,665 - $95,221
General Description of Benefits
  • Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of Obtaining SCI / Poly
  • Shift Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Morning Shift)
  • Enable, administer, and monitor Microsoft 365 products and services including Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Lead and manage migrations efforts including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
  • Implement and manage Office 365 licenses, usage, and governance
  • Implement and manage Office 365 tenant security, incident investigation, and overall tenant threat protection
  • Design and lead the development of PowerApps and workflows solutions optimized for productivity and collaboration using the Microsoft 365 platform
  • Hands-on experience with implementing enterprise-scale solutions, hybrid or otherwise, using key 365 components including Power Platform, and SharePoint.
  • Must have real-world, hands on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within a large heterogenous U.S. Government environment
  • PowerShell: Prefer candidate to have experience using PowerShell to develop automation / applications
  • General knowledge of Active Directory and Azure active Directory. Experience working with and managing Security Objects within Active Directory such as distribution groups and security groups.
