Let's introduce ourselves
The Insights and Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Americas organization with reliable, insight driven data and ensures operational effectiveness through report development, meeting documentation, and day-to-day operational support.
What you'll do
- Build concise visual summaries translating complex datasets into clear insights for senior leadership presentations
- Gathering data and cross-functional inputs from Sales Planning, Market Intelligence, Finance, Regional teams, and Marketing
- Track, document, and follow up on action items and decisions from leadership and cross functional meetings to ensure accountability and progress
- Produce clear, concise executive briefing materials
- Support ad-hoc data requests by extracting, validating, and synthesizing data to inform business decisions
- Support the Strategy and Business Intelligence team across reporting, coordination, and operational activities
What you'll bring
Competencies/Experience/Skills Required:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of experience working in the automotive industry is preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with reports and data analysis. Proficiency in building reports
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills for projects and tasks

Salary Range:
• $74,000 to $115,000
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
