ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Inventory Analyst at our premier Robotics client, which serves as a critical data-driven professional responsible for optimizing inventory management across the company's vast fulfillment network. This role combines analytical expertise with supply chain knowledge to monitor, analyze, and forecast inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock positioning while minimizing sold misses. The analyst leverages advanced data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, predict demand patterns, and develop actionable insights that drive inventory planning decisions across multiple product categories and geographic regions. Working closely with cross-functional teams including 3PL providers, procurement, operations, and finance, the Logistics Inventory Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining the customer promise of product availability while supporting the company's operational efficiency and profitability goals through strategic inventory optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.


Key Activities:

  • Analyze inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply chain performance - identify targets for improvement in transactional and operations efficiencies.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory stock levels and cycle counts
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues
  • Create reports and dashboards for inventory metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with metering centers, 3PLs, vendors, and supply chain teams
  • Analyze data to improve inventory accuracy and reduce waste
  • Support inventory planning and procurement decisions
  • Perform weekly cycle counts including weekly onsite reviews
  • Investigate root causes of inventory variances
  • Implement process improvements to enhance inventory management
  • Monitor and execute daily transactions in WMS/ERP system to support operational success and efficiencies
  • Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
  • Assist with JIRA ticket resolutions


Typical Requirements:

  • 1-2- years of experience in supply chain or relevant fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Shain, Operations, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau working knowledge a plus
  • Experience with inventory WMS and ERPs
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
