Intro for Company
Founded in Springfield in 1985, Primo Designs began as a one-person screen-printing operation in the basement of the founder’s uncle’s duplex. Today, Primo is an established team that helps healthcare organizations, manufacturers, schools, and other businesses strengthen their brands through custom apparel, promotional products, signage, fulfillment, and company stores.
Primo is entering an exciting new chapter. The company is investing in new markets, stronger systems, automation, and its next generation of leaders—with the goal of doubling its revenue and creating new opportunities for its team.
Primo’s core values guide how the team works:
- We Are One Team
- We Are Problem Solvers
- We Are Competitors
- We Are Disciplined & Focused
- We Are Effective Communicators
This is not a position where you will be one small part of a large finance department. You will have direct access to company leadership, the freedom to improve processes, and the opportunity to see the results of your work across the entire organization.
