Evolve Med Spa is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Clinic Director to lead our Tribeca location. This individual will oversee clinic operations, drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing teams, achieving business goals, and creating a positive, client-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Business Performance:

• Lead the clinic’s sales efforts and achieve monthly revenue and performance goals.
• Coach the team on consultations, client conversion, service recommendations, and retail sales.
• Monitor clinic performance, budgets, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow the clinic’s client base and revenue.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Provide regular feedback and address performance concerns fairly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Ensure team members follow all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Clinic Operations:

• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, payroll, inventory, reporting, and daily administrative functions.
• Ensure client records, payments, refunds, and confidential information are handled accurately and securely.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for clinical supplies and retail products.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, properly maintained, and secured each day.

Client Experience and Compliance:

• Ensure every client receives attentive, personalized, and exceptional service.
• Resolve client concerns promptly, professionally, and fairly.
• Ensure providers follow clinical policies, treatment protocols, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, local health regulations, and licensing requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Three to four years of experience in medical aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, or another service-focused industry.
• At least one to two years of sales and supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales and business goals.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
