About PURE Medical Spa

PURE Medical Spa is Idaho’s trusted home for natural-looking aesthetics and elevated, relationship-based care. Our guests come to us for expert guidance, thoughtful treatment plans, and a warm, welcoming experience that helps them feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for.

We are seeking an experienced RN or NP to join our Meridian team as an Aesthetic & Wellness Provider. This role is ideal for a provider who brings strong cosmetic injection experience, values subtle and refined results, and enjoys building long-term guest relationships grounded in trust, education, and personalized care.

The Opportunity

As an Aesthetic & Wellness Provider, you will perform advanced aesthetic treatments, guide guests through customized care plans, and help create an experience that feels elevated from consultation through follow-up. We are especially interested in candidates who appreciate the connection between aesthetics and overall wellness, and who bring curiosity or experience in functional medicine as an added strength.PURE

What You’ll Do
  • Perform thoughtful consultations and build customized treatment plans based on each guest’s goals and concerns.

  • Provide aesthetic services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, radiofrequency treatments, laser treatments, and other med spa procedures following PURE protocols.

  • Educate guests on treatment options, skincare, home care, and long-term planning in a way that feels clear, honest, and supportive.

  • Document treatments, manage photography and charting, and ensure consents and treatment details are accurately entered in Zenoti.

  • Partner with guest relations and fellow providers to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience from first visit through follow-up.

  • Participate in training, team meetings, and special events as part of PURE’s culture of excellence and continued growth.

Requirements
  • Current Idaho RN or NP license in good standing.

  • Minimum 2 years of cosmetic injection experience required, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.

  • Ability to work within clinical protocols and maintain detailed, accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience
  • Laser and energy-based device experience in a med spa, cosmetic, or dermatology setting.

  • Experience with Sculptra or other biostimulatory injectables.

  • Knowledge of functional or integrative medicine is a strong bonus, especially hormones, metabolic health, weight management, or lab-informed care.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $35/hour base pay.

  • Uncapped tiered service production bonus of 10%, 12.5%, or 15% of net revenue.

  • Uncapped product production bonus of 10% of gross revenue.

  • Medical and dental insurance with 100% coverage for full-time employees after 60 days of employment.

  • Simple IRA plan for full-time employees, with employers match up to 3% of annual salary after 1 year of employment.

  • Team member pricing on PURE services for full-time and part-time employees, deeply discounted product pricing at cost, and complimentary cosmetic injectables for team members.

  • Friends and family discount for full-time employees, including up to 3 designated friends or family members receiving 15% off service pricing and 15% off products; treatment timing may not interfere with regular client services.

  • Customized embroidered scrubs provided, 3 sets for full-time employees and 2 sets for part-time employees.

  • Unpaid holidays off for full-time and part-time employees, including New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Paid time off for full-time and part-time employees, accrued on a prorated basis by anniversary year and hours worked, with accrual tied to length of employment.

  • Experienced full time providers consistently make 6 figures per year income.
