We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical and office services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care in a relaxing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with patient assessments and record photos, update forms .
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Assist physicians and licensed practitioners during various medical procedures.
Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist in the documentation process.
Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
