Job Summary: Nurse Supervisor EOW

The Nurse Supervisor EOW oversees the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including supervising certified nursing assistants (CNAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and registered nurses (RNs). You will lead with confidence, support your team, and elevate resident care. This is a part-time opportunity, working every other weekend, with shifts from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities: Nurse Supervisor EOW

  • Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to ensure exceptional resident care

  • Oversee clinical operations, maintaining a safe and clean environment

  • Drive quality outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards
