The Senior Events Manager oversees the execution of Restaurant365's largest and most visible national events. Reporting to the Director of Events, this role translates strategic direction into flawless delivery across SKO, President's Club, RTT/RTF, major brand events, and national trade shows. It requires strong operational judgment, experience managing complex multi-day programs, and the ability to deliver polished, executive-level experiences that elevate the R365 brand.ย 
How you'll add value:
  • National Event Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end logistics, production, and onsite execution for major national events and trade shows; manage event budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+, including forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost control; lead venue sourcing, contracting, production schedules, travel coordination, shipping, A/V, and onsite operations; direct onsite teams-including internal staff, vendors, agencies, and contractors-to ensure consistent, high-quality execution; translate strategic direction from the Director of Events into clear execution plans, operating processes, and timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align objectives, programming, staffing, and meeting execution; oversee AE meeting coordination, staffing plans, and follow-up workflows for national programs; maintain clear, timely communication and accountability across internal and external stakeholders.ย 
  • Brand & Experience Quality: Ensure national events consistently meet R365's brand and experience standards; manage relationships with branded merchandise and gifting partners to secure materials for national programs; maintain consistency across signage, creative elements, messaging, and customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting: Develop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and best practices for national event planning and execution; track event performance, budget adherence, ROI, and attendee feedback; deliver concise post-event reports with insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Cultivate ongoing relationships with key vendors, venues, production partners, and service providers beyond national programs to ensure reliability, quality, and favorable terms; evaluate vendor performance and negotiate improvements where needed; travel as required to oversee onsite operations for major national events and vendor engagements.ย 
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 6-8+ years leading large-scale corporate events, conferences, or trade shows; B2B or SaaS preferred.ย 
  • Demonstrated success executing multi-day, high-visibility events with executive exposure.ย 
  • Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation capabilities, including experience managing programs from $50K to $500K+.ย 
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.ย 
  • High judgment, calm under pressure, and highly organized.ย 
  • Proficiency with event platforms, project management tools, and CRM/marketing systems (Salesforce/Marketo a plus).ย

The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
