Position Overview:ComForCare Home Care is seeking a driven and personable Home Care Marketing Coordinator to help grow our client base and support new client onboarding across our Glastonbury and Avon locations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends community outreach, relationship building, and client intake coordination

Location: Glastonbury & Avon
Pay: $60,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote our services by visiting senior centers, hospitals, rehab facilities, and other referral sources
  • Attend health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local organizations
  • Represent ComForCare professionally at all outreach events
  • Track and report marketing activities and lead generation results
  • Conduct client intakes, including needs assessments and documentation collection
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and families, delivering a welcoming experience
  • Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
  • Assist both the Glastonbury and Avon offices with marketing and client-related tasks
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and community partnerships
  • Provide occasional administrative support related to marketing and intake

Qualifications:
  • Experience in in-field marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in face-to-face interactions
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations and events
  • Experience with client intake, CRM systems, or customer service is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
