Position Summary

You'll supervise and coach team members, support event execution, maintain food safety and service standards, and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests and clients alike. This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$26.00

Responsibilities
  • Supervise concession and banquet operations during events.
  • Lead event setup, service, and breakdown activities.
  • Ensure high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and guest service.
  • Train, coach, and support food and beverage team members.
  • Monitor staffing levels and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Assist with inventory control, equipment management, and event preparation.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, catering, banquet, or event operations; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.
  • ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Ability to lead by example, take initiative, and contribute to a positive team culture.
