Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp (FLBC) is seeking a dedicated, energetic Retreat and Event Director to lead our year-round retreat and conference ministry on the shores of beautiful Flathead Lake. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Executive Director

Position

The Retreat & Events Director provides leadership for Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp's year-round retreat ministry by ensuring every guest experiences exceptional Christian hospitality in a safe, organized, and welcoming environment. • Conduct regular inspections during retreats to maintain quality standards.
