One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning - Tri-ValleySan Ramon / Danville, CA • 20-25 hrs/week • $32/hr. This is Part-time positionWe're looking for an energetic, creative Community Marketing & Events Coordinator to help make One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a familiar, trusted brand across the Tri-Valley. If you love connecting with people, creating content, and being active in the community, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do
  • Identify, coordinate, and attend local fairs, festivals, school events, sports events, and community gatherings
  • Plan event activations, giveaways, sponsorships, and neighborhood marketing campaigns
  • Create short-form video and social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Capture content at events, jobsites, and with our technicians and team
  • Maintain a local content and event calendar
  • Track engagement, leads, and results from community marketing activities

What We're Looking For
  • Outgoing personality and confidence engaging with new people
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video trends
  • Creative, organized, and able to work independently
