The Verve Hotel - Bostonย Natick is seeking a dedicated Banquet Housepersonย to join our team in Natick, MA. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet events by maintaining cleanliness, setting up and breaking down event spaces, and providing excellent support to our banquet staff and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and arrange banquet rooms according to event specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
  • Assist banquet servers with clearing and resetting tables.
  • Transport and store banquet equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Respond promptly to requests from the banquet team and event managers.
  • Ensure all banquet areas comply with safety and health standards.
  • Help with inventory control and restocking of banquet supplies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in banquet operations or hospitality preferred.
