Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator

Reporting to Senior Director, Global Marketing

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada





We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, results-driven and performance-driven Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Marketing, the Marketing and Events Coordinator will be based in the Toronto office and will be responsible for supporting the Global Marketing department in organizing and planning events of all sizes, building sales and customer support tools and overall branding/ events administration to drive brand recognition and sales.





Responsibilities


Marketing Operations:

  • Assist in marketing execution, including printed and digital marketing assets, social media seasonal campaigns, translations, and launch plans.
  • Ensure compliance of all marketing materials through Regulatory Affairs approval system.
  • Manage B2B and B2C marketing assets on sales enablement tool (Paperflite) and customer platforms (E-store portal)
  • Ensure the physical availability and inventory of all printed marketing materials in both U.S. and Canadian warehouses.



Events Management:

  • Manage all aspects of event planning for trade shows, brand events (regional symposiums, product launches, media/pr day), customer and prospect sales events (dinners & demo days), and internal company events (NSM).
  • Handle end-to-end logistics, including registration, booth build-up, trade show services, shipping and tracking of devices and materials, and coordination of guest speakers and staff travel and accommodations.
  • Provide creative direction to the design team for event materials such as booth design, invitations, and digital/ printed collateral.
  • Manage presentation decks of guest speakers for events.
  • Work with brand and digital team on promotional activities including e-Blasts, landing pages, and online/offline marketing tactics for events.
  • Intake and manage event-related requests from various departments, identifying opportunities to support sales and enhance brand recognition.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximum efficiency.
  • Post-event reporting, including metrics, success measures, and ROI analysis.





Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, or related/equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing and coordinating tradeshows and large scale corporate events.
  • Experience with managing multiple events simultaneously with a strong competencies in planning, executing, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation experience with suppliers, caterers, venues and partnership; vendor contact list considered a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a high volume and high-pressure environment.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially proficient with Microsoft suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), along with capability in using AI tools critically.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot) and ERP system (Priority).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva; Adobe Illustrator/InDesign considered a bonus.
  • Familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry is considered an asset.
  • Multilingual (Spanish, French, etc) considered a bonus.


Compensation

  • Base salary range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package starting on Day 1, covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a RRSP match, among other benefits.
