We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Venus AI. You are responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our medical aesthetics devices, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Territory Managers receive competitive compensation and a benefit package including performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Drivesalesgrowthfornewcustomers;increasecustomerbaseandmarketshare.
• Conductprospectanalysis,understandtheirbusiness,theiropportunities,andgaps
• Developpipelines,ensurepipelineprogressionandon-goingactivity;conductcoldcallingandon-sitevisitstomeetandexceedindividualandteamgoals.
• Conductaminimumof30coldcallsdaily,book5meetingsdailyandrun2-3meetingsdaily.
• Adaptation/executionofCompany'ssalesstrategy.
• Establishathoroughunderstandingoffocusedportfolio.
• Educateprospectsonproductlineupinaprofessionalmanner;beknowledgeableondeviceindications,efficacy,safety,andhowourproductswillfulfillcustomerneeds;conductproductdemonstrationswhileadheringtoCompanyprotocols.
• Establish,develop,andmaintainpositivebusinessandcustomerrelationships;visitallaccountsregularlyandensurecustomersatisfaction.
• Developreferencesites,providesalessupportatmeetings,workshopsandconventionsasnecessary.
• MaintainCRMdata(salesforce)integritybyregularupdates,compilereportsandattendcallsandmeetingsasrequired.
• Supportinstallationatthecustomer'ssiteinaccordancewiththeCompany'smethods,specifications,policies,andprocedures.
• Meetsalestargetsassetthroughannual/quarterlybudgets.
• Forecastandsubmitsalesreportsinatimelymanner.
• CollaboratewithotherdepartmentssuchasInsideSalesandClinicalTraining.

Qualifications

• BA/BSUniversityDegreeorequivalenteducationalbackgroundinbusinessorrelevantfield.
• Minimumof2-3yearsofoutsidebusiness-to-businesssalesexperience.
• Experienceinsellinglasers,RFandorminimallyinvasivetechnologiestoDermatologists,FacialandPlasticSurgeonsandMedSpaspreferred.
• Demonstrated/proventrackrecordofmeetingquotaanddrivingsalesgrowth.
• Excellentcoldcallingandsellingskillswiththeabilitytobuildrelationshipswithprospects.
• Abletoworkinafast-paced,high-pressureenvironmentunderstrictdeadlines.
• Teamplayerwhocanworkcollaborativelywithallinternaldepartments.
• Self-motivatedwithapositive,proactivemindset.
• Excellenttimemanagementandorganizationalskills.
• Excellentcommunicationskills,writtenandoralandstronginterpersonalskills.
• FamiliaritywithCRMsystems,specificallySalesforceisanasset.
• SolidMSOfficeandgeneralcomputerskills.

AdditionalRequirements

• Mustownvehicleandmaintainavaliddrivers'license.
• MusttravelprimarilywithinterritorywithsometravelwithinNorthAmericaandInternationaltravelasrequired.
• Theabilitytotravelovernightwithintheterritory(minimum3nightsperweekdependentonterritory)andoutsideoftheterritoryforattendanceatnationaltradeshows,training,andotherevents.
• Abilitytopossibilitiesrelocateforpotentialgrowthopportunities.
• Abilitytoworkflexiblehours,includingsomeeveningsandweekendsasneeded.

Compensation

• Basesalaryrange:$60,000.00-$70,000.00
• IncentiveCompensation:Includesuncappedcommissions+bonuses.
