Client- Georgia Power

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong background in Oracle and Maximo systems to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members, ensuring optimal time management and task prioritization
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, agendas, and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Prepare and edit professional documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Conduct data gathering and research to support strategic planning and operational decisions
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation in alignment with company policies
  • Serve as a liaison and point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Provide system support using Oracle and Maximo for project and operational data management
  • Maintain organized records, files, and administrative databases for team use

Required Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of administrative experience, preferably in utilities, engineering, or industrial environments
